The West Maui Mountains ATV ride lets each driver aged 16 or over pilot an ATV, for 1.5 hours on a 500-acre ranch, in a group of 8 or fewer.

Is the Ka'anapali zipline worth adding?

If you want height rather than horsepower: it starts with an off-road drive up the West Maui Mountains, then zips with views of Molokai, Lanai and the Lahaina coast.

It is $237, about 3 hours, for ages 10 and up (under-16s with an adult), with a weight range of 80 to 260 lb checked at check-in and a half-mile hike over uneven ground. The West Maui Mountains ride for distant waterfalls and a stretch along the coast; Circle M Ranch for paniolo guides and pastures toward Waihee Valley.

The West Maui Mountains waterfall ride is $208, about 3 hours, from age 7, with a strictly enforced 215 lb limit; the waterfalls are seasonal and seen from a distance, and one guest saw none.
