Jungle Zipline Maui · Haiku
Eight ziplines, three tree platforms, a suspension bridge and two swinging bridges through the jungle in Haiku, at the start of the Hana Highway. Pick it for younger kids and small groups: children from 6 can zip, and each tour takes six guests at most.

This one is not in West Maui at all. Jungle Zipline Maui is in Haiku on the north shore: past mile marker 3 on the Hana Highway, first left toward the ocean, third gate on the left. The listing suggests leaving 2 hours before your tour time, and one guest drove an hour and a half to get there. It makes most sense on a Road to Hana day, or if you're staying in Paia or Upcountry.
The course packs 8 ziplines, 3 tree platforms, a suspension bridge and two swinging bridges into about two hours. Halfway there's a break with water and snack bars; at the end, chips and drinks, and you can stay on to walk around the park. Guests mention guides pointing out flowers and trees on the way, and one wrote "You're not that high up so I would say it's good for anyone".
The rules: minimum age 6, weight between 50 and 250 lb, weighed on site, and no refund if you're outside the limits. One guest wrote that the weight limit was not shown on Viator and her husband had to stay behind, so check it before you drive. Athletic or hiking shoes with a heel strap are required. And bring bug spray: more than one guest calls the mosquitoes ruthless.
